“Graphic Details” to launch at San Francisco’s Cartoon Art Museum;Toronto to follow
We’re thrilled to announce that San Francisco’s Cartoon Art Museum, one of the world’s leading museums of comic and cartoon art, will debut Graphic Details: Confessional Comics by Jewish Women in October 2010.
Not exciting enough? How about this: The Koffler Centre for the Arts in Toronto, one of Canada’s most prominent arts/culture venues, will present “Graphic Details” in January 2011.
On view: Works by some of the most acclaimed cartoonists, illustrators, and graphic novelists working today: Aline Kominsky-Crumb, Vanessa Davis (above), Bernice Eisenstein, Sarah Glidden, Miriam Katin, Miss Lasko-Gross, Miriam Libicki, Sarah Lightman, Diane Noomin, Corinne Pearlman, Racheli Rotner, Sharon Rudahl, Laurie Sandell, Ariel Schrag, Lauren Weinstein, and Ilana Zeffren.
